What is ShipCube Market?

ShipCube Market is a dropshipping fulfilment platform. We warehouse products and ship them directly to your customers — you never handle inventory. You source products and place orders, and we pick, pack, and deliver.

How does the free trial work?

New accounts get a 3-day free trial with full access to the platform. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, choose a subscription to keep going.

How do I pay?

Subscriptions are billed via Razorpay (INR) for Indian customers and Stripe (USD) for international customers. Access is activated once your payment is verified by our team, usually within 24 hours.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your Settings page at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Where do you ship?

We ship from regional warehouses in India, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and the Netherlands. Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched the same day.

What is your returns policy?

Products can be returned within 7 days. Email us for help with a specific order.
