Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any part of the ShipCube Market platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ShipCube Market.

2. The Service

ShipCube Market provides a dropshipping fulfilment platform. We act as a supplier and third-party logistics (3PL) partner — we warehouse products, and when you submit an order, we pick, pack, and ship directly to your end customer. You never handle inventory. The platform includes product sourcing, order management, tracking, and reseller analytics.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a contract to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered email — never share these codes with anyone. Notify us immediately at hello@shipcube.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Trial and subscription

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to the platform. No credit card is required to start. After the trial ends, you must purchase a subscription to continue using the Service. Subscription payments are processed via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD). Access is granted after your payment is verified and approved by our team, typically within 24 hours. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Payment and refunds

All fees are stated inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

7. Your obligations

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Submit orders for prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal goods.
• Provide false customer or shipping information.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform.
• Resell or share platform access with third parties.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

8. Fulfilment and shipping

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil and ship orders within stated processing times. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination and are not guaranteed. ShipCube Market is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

All platform content, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to ShipCube Market. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipCube Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time by emailing us. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Active users will be notified by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
